Aromatherapy is defined as the use of essential oils and natural aromatic botanicals for psychological and physical well-being. It is very beneficial for treating many different ailments including muscular aches & pains, headaches, IBS, depression, PMS and stress. And so much more!
An Aromatherapy treatment is a lovely bespoke treatment, as the essential oils are chosen to suit you and your needs on that day.
All Aromatherapy treatments will include a 15-20 minute consultation and selection of your oils for the massage.
For your first aromatherapy treatment please allow 30 minutes for consultation process and selection of oils.
Aromatherapy Back Massage - 45 minutes
A back, neck and shoulder massage using your bespoke blend of essential oils.
This treatment can also include a hand and arm massage, or a scalp massage.

1 hour
A back, neck and shoulder massage using your bespoke blend of essential oils.
This treatment will finish with a facial and scalp massage, using a different blend to suit your facial skin type.

A full body massage including back, neck & shoulders, legs & feet, hands & arms, face, and scalp massage using your bespoke body blend, and facial oil blend.
