Aromatherapy is defined as the use of essential oils and natural aromatic botanicals for psychological and physical well-being. It is very beneficial for treating many different ailments including muscular aches & pains, headaches, IBS, depression, PMS and stress. And so much more!
An Aromatherapy treatment is a lovely bespoke treatment, as the essential oils are chosen to suit you and your needs on that day.
All Aromatherapy treatments will include a 15-20 minute consultation and selection of your oils before the massage. Please allow this extra time on top of the treatment time.
For your first aromatherapy treatment please allow an extra 30 minutes for consultation process and selection of oils on top of the treatment time.
Aromatherapy Back Massage - 45 minutes
A back, neck and shoulder massage using your bespoke blend of essential oils.
This treatment can also include a hand and arm massage, or a scalp massage upon request.

Aromatherapy Back Massage with Face & Scalp Massage - 1 hour
A back, neck and shoulder massage using your bespoke blend of essential oils.
This treatment will finish with a facial and scalp massage, using a different blend to suit your facial skin type.

A full body massage including back, neck & shoulders, legs & feet, hands & arms, face, and scalp massage using your bespoke body blend, and facial oil blend.
