Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your appointment I ask kindly that you give at least 24 hours' notice prior to your treatment(s). Please understand that when an appointment is forgotten about or cancelled last minute I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved treatment(s). This policy enables me to potentially fill the time slot and accommodate other clients wanting to book in. I do of course understand that unavoidable issues may arise and I will do my best to work with you in an emergency etc. I appreciate your business and thank you very much for viewing and supporting my policy.
Please note, this policy will be void if you feel ill and have symptoms that could potentially relate to Covid-19. If you, someone you live with, or someone you have recently been in contact with displays any of the following symptoms please get in touch to cancel your appointment and you will not be charged.
Symptoms include:
  • High temperature (over 37.8 degrees Celsius)
  • A new or persistent dry cough
  • Fever/chills
  • A new or unexplained rash
  • Extreme fatigue
  • Shortness of breath or chest pain
  • Loss of sense of taste/smell, or changes to your normal sense of taste/smell
  • Headache
  • Sore throat or pain swallowing
